Day One: Water

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

Earth: Importance Of Minerals

  • Our bodies are composed of and need daily the major, trace & ultra-trace minerals.

US Senate Document #264 (1936) The importance of minerals in food is so new that the text books on nutritional dietetics contain very little about it.

 

Nevertheless, it is something that concerns all of us, and the further we delve into it the more startling it becomes. We know that vitamins are complex chemical substances which are indispensable to nutrition, and that each of them is of importance for the normal function of some special structure in the body.

 

It is not commonly realized vitamins control the body’s appropriation of minerals, and in the absence of minerals they have no function to perform. 99% of the American people are deficient in minerals.

 

A marked deficiency in any one of the more important minerals actually results in disease. Our physical well-being is more directly dependent on minerals we take into our systems than on calories, vitamins, or the precise proportions of starch, protein or carbohydrates we consume.

 

This discovery is one of the latest and most important contributions of science to the problem of human health. Most of us today are suffering from certain dangerous deficiencies.

 

These deficiencies cannot be remedied until the depleted soils from which our foods come are brought into proper mineral balance. The alarming fact is that the foods—fruits, vegetables and grain, now being raised on millions of acres of land that no longer contains enough of certain needed minerals, are starving us—no matter how much of them we eat!

  • Tides are controlled by the moon.

  • The emotions seem to be related to the gravitational effect of the moon.

  • Women’s monthly period closely follows the moon’s cycle.

Earth: Colors Impact Your Life

  • They affect your emotions and attitude.

  • People’s first impressions depend on the colors and combinations you wear.

  • Colors have a powerful ability to activate healing processes & help maintain health.

  • Changing colors often provides a variety and spice to life.

Day Five: Physical Life (Air & Sea)

And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.

 

Genesis 1: 20 And God created great whales and every living creature that moves, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw it was good. Genesis 1: 21

 

Sounds Have Physiological Effects

  • Birds are God’s living instruments that delight and inspire.

  • Sound is a crucial part of communication between most land, air and sea creatures.

  • Water sounds like running brooks, pounding waves soothe and calm.

  • Weather sounds like wind, rain and thunder can alter our moods.

Day Six: Physical Life On The Earth

And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and everything that creeps upon the earth after his kind: and God saw it was good Genesis 1: 25

 

And God said, let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth. Genesis 1: 26

 

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air and over every living thing… Genesis 1: 27-28

 

When You Fight Or Run Your Body Changes Dramatically

Day Seven: Rest From Labors

Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And, on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And, God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. Genesis 2: 1-3
